They excel in insulation properties, mechanical strength, flame resistance, and low dielectric constant, and are used in a wide range of fields and applications, starting with materials for electronic components, due to their thinness and resistance to warping. The RISHOLITEⓇ (Rishoraito) ES-3260 produced by Rishomachi Kogyo Co., Ltd. is a glass cloth-epoxy laminated board that has received ANSI Grade G-11 certification within the high heat resistance series, classified as heat resistance class H (180°C). Its Tg (glass transition temperature) is 180°C, providing excellent mechanical strength at elevated temperatures. Applications include "insulation spacers and thermal insulation materials, which excel in mechanical strength during heating."
